Product Details

The ashoka tree, also called Indian Fir tree, can reach a height of 20 metres and a width of 1.5 metres. This tree has a straight trunk with willowy weeping branches. New leaves are soft and delicate to touch and has a coppery-brown colour. As the leaves grow older, the colour changes to light green and finally to dark green. It grows best outdoors in full sunlight and should be planted in a well-drained, fertile soil. Ashoka is an easy-to-grow tree and can be planted year-round. It is commonly used to line driveways, streets and as a privacy hedge between houses. It also aids in noise and wind reduction.
