Product Details

The aromatic and brightly coloured fruit of the Cashew tree is a sight for sore eyes. The tree can grow up to 14 metres high. This tree likes full sunlight, well drained soils and can tolerate dry conditions. The Cashew tree can be planted year round once water is available. It bears within 2 – 3 years after planting and flowers from March to May. The fruit of the cashew tree is the nut, whereas the cashew apple is actually the swollen fruit stalk.
