One of the country’s more popular cultivars, long mango is a favourite for chows and preservatives. This tree can peak at a massive height of 20-30 metres. It is sold as a grafted plant which starts bearing from 2 – 3 years. Trees thrive in direct sunlight and typically bear between May and August. The fruits have an elongated, oval shape with a tangy-sweet, fibrous and firm, yellow pulp.
