Thyme (Spanish Variegated)

Product Details

The variegated spanish thyme is an aromatic shrub that can be grown indoors in flower pots or outdoors in semi-shaded areas. The plant provides a dense ground cover as it grows up to 1 metre tall and spreads just as wide. It can also be grown as an ornamental plant because of its attractive, green-leafed and cream-coloured margin. It prefers well-drained soils and should be irrigated in moderate amounts. Crushed leaves have an herbal aroma and a taste that is similar to oregano.
